High-end design for London developer

This property developer working in and around London is a regular client of Barbara Genda and on this occasion needed design inspiration for a high-end development in Putney. The brief included a large walk-in wardrobe, further bedroom and cloakrooms wardrobes as well as a vanity cabinet.

A dark wenge finish is the first choice of this client, to create a contemporary and luxurious scheme. The result was a cost effective but high quality solution for a modern, family home.

Living room

To create additional storage space in the living room a small, multifunctional unit with floating shelves above provided the perfect solution.

Dressing room

Flowing between the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom is a spacious dressing room where L-shaped wardrobes provide generous storage for the creation of his and hers wardrobes. An eye-catching glass top in the central island displays an array of accessories, additional drawers were added to both sides of the island and upholstered seats bring an extra touch of luxury.

Bedrooms

A further two bedrooms were fitted out, including a small walk-in closet in Macasser veneer with a matching vanity cabinet in an en-suite shower room and an eaves wardrobe in one of the guest loft bedrooms.
